Dynamic Warm-Up;Front Squat 4 sets of 8/6/5/5;Glute Ham Negative 4 sets of 5/5/5/5;Rubber Band Bench Press 4 sets of 8/8/8/8;Close Grip Pull-Up 3 sets of 5/5/5;DB Seated Clean 3 sets of 8/8/8;*SUPERSET Tricep Pushdowns w/ Barbell Band Curls 2 sets of 15.Agility Ladder High Knees 3x,Speed Hops 3x,Lateral High Knees 3x; $ hurdle Lateral Hops 3x;Rapid Response 5 yards to 10 yard sprint 4x;Change of direction cone drills 2 drills 6 reps;Barefoot Cooldown;Rubberband and Foam roller (SMR). Don't be a pussy, go get after it!!!!!!
