Well I'm about a week into the bee pollen and so far so good. I would say the biggest change I've noticed is a reduction in bodyfat. I do feel as if it has helped me to get lean faster than I normally would. My workouts and eating are same as usual, but I am feeling leaner especially around the belly. I have only been at a "full dose" or 1 teaspoon daily for 3 days now. So hopefully the results will increase, but overall I give it 2 big thumbs up! Less than $10 for a couple months supply.
