Gettin my CrossFit on!

I'm about to hit my workout for today..."Nate". 2 muscle-ups;4 handstand push-ups;8 35lbs. kettlebell swings. As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. I'm also going to run 3 miles afterwards. Not in the mood, but I'm gonna get after it anyways.
