I just learned of a new extreme race called Mud Ninja. It's in the concept of warrior dash,tough mudder,etc.. This one is 5k w tons of obstacles and the proceeds go to Autism research. They also have a little mud ninja course for children! Looks to be in late April...check it out at mudninja.com
