Well I talked last week with a really good friend from back home in Mentor, OH about crossfit. He had some good questions and since that talk it has motivated me to do crossfit style workouts. It's been fun and a nice change of mode for me.
Warm-Up
5 rounds for time:
135lb. deadlifts 15 reps
Toe to Bar 10 reps
Pull-Ups 5
Then Run 3 miles
