Thermo Breakfast

Large coffee/or tea Large water Probiotic drink Fish Oil CLA Bee Pollen...yes bee pollen Juice of 1 lemon...eat it like an orange if you can. 20 Raw almonds Make sure you eat your normal morning snack. Once in awhile I use a good early A.M. near fasting. Generally I try to be never full never hungry as much of the day as possible. Keep in mind that I'm not a dietician or nutritionist...but I did sleep at a holiday inn express last night.

  1. Lance, getting close to a competition and close on weight...fasting runs in the early a.m. are a good idea right?

  3. 10-4, post run I'm getting a protein shake with water, apple, and some natural almond butter.
