Make sure you eat your normal morning snack. Once in awhile I use a good early A.M. near fasting. Generally I try to be never full never hungry as much of the day as possible. Keep in mind that I'm not a dietician or nutritionist...but I did sleep at a holiday inn express last night.
Lance, getting close to a competition and close on weight...fasting runs in the early a.m. are a good idea right?
