Dynamic Warm-Up

10 Rounds

  1. 10 Pull-Ups
  2. 10 KB around the world (both directions for 10)
  3. 10 Push-Ups
  4. 10 Box Jumps
  5. 10 Sit-Up
  6. 10 Box Squats
  7. 10 Empty Hand Toe Touch
  8. 10 Box Burpees (jump over the box for each burpee...think knee tucks)
  9. 10 Empty Bar Curl to Press
  10. 10 Russian Twist
ONLY REST AT END OF ROUNDS!
