Dynamic Warm-Up (heavy on knee and hip flexion)
10 Tuck Jumps
10 Squat Jumps
10 Star Jumps (they feel silly...get over it)
5 Power Skip (each leg)
10 Banana Flip (5 each direction)
Repeat 5 Times
