Friday the 13th workout



Go to crystal lake for a camping/party trip. Have girls get topless. Go skinny dipping and/or investigate a noise. Run for your life...or until you trip over nothing and hurt your ankle. Then limp and scream before having your head hacked off w a machete.

  2. 13 Hang Cleans                                        
  3. 13 Front Squats
  4. 13 Push Press
  5. 13 Box Jumps
  6. 13 Burpees
  7. 13 Pull-Ups
  8. 13 Hanging Knee Tucks
  9. 13 Med Ball Slams
  10. 13 Plyo Push-Ups
  11. 13 V Ups
  12. 13 Supermans
  13. 13 Sprints (your choice on distance)
