HARDCORE version of Monday Workout

The weak need not apply for this version

Dynamic Warm-Up(DWU)

30 Minutes-as many rounds as possible (***Add 1 rep to each exercise, every round)
10 Push-Ups
10 Crunches
10 Push Press (DB or Bar)
10 KB Swings (heavy weight, don't be a pussy-dbap)
10 Box Jump (land soft, heels on box! Good Height, DBAP)
10 Push-Ups
10 Crunches
