4 Rounds for Time
Sled Sprints w max of 33% of bodyweight loading on the sled for total of 100yds. (any way you need to break it up...2 [50 yarders], 4 [25 yarders], 5 [20 yarders],etc..) Can use rubber bands, uphill sprints or even a car push as substitutes.
25 Jumping Pull-Ups
25 Plyo Push-Ups
25 Explosive Burpees (jump as high as possible)
25 Explosive Dips (leave the handles w push-off)ring dips as substitute
