Thors-Day Workout...this is a fun one!

Sub-Scapular Push-Ups        10/10
Bench Press Warm-Up

Bench Press for max reps w your bodyweight on the bar   5 Sets

Back Squat for max reps w your bodyweight on the bar    5 Sets

Pull-Ups max reps        5 Sets

Dips max reps              5 Sets

Crunches(any form) reps equal to your bodyweight. (i.e. if you weigh 200lbs. do 200 crunches)

Jump Rope for time in minutes equal to 2x your bodyweight. (i.e. if you weight 150lbs. jump rope for 3 minutes[1.5x2] if you weigh 225 jump for 4min. 30 sec.[2.25x2=4.5 minutes or 4min.30sec.]
