Tue Workout-Rise and Grind People!

Sorry about the long layoff, but I was out of town for the Indy 500. Keep in mind that you can search my archives and there are no less than 100 workouts in there! So, now it's time to work off all that beer and bbq!

DWU-include good hip/shoulder mobility movements

20-15-10-5 for time
*Frog Squats
  Box Jump Burpees (can use big tire or park bench)
  Feet Elevated Push-Ups

HARDCORE GET THROUGH AS MANY TIMES AS POSSIBLE IN 25 MINUTES

*Frog Squat---slightly wide stance w/ toes flared out just a bit. Deep squat w/ hips past knees and arms extended down centerline between legs. Finish squat when palms are on ground (looking like a frog ready to hop!) then return to standing
