DWU-w a focus on shoulder mobility and shoulder harness

5 Rounds of 10 Reps-(HARDCORE 7 Rounds plus 1 mile run before and 1 mile after)

KB Full Swing (bell over head and push face through the window...past arms)

Barbell curls to supinated shoulder press(top of curl w palm at face elbows at 90* press overhead)
