CrossFit "Filthy Fifty" Workout

I'm about to start this one within the next five minutes(nice to be able to watch football while I lift at D1 C-Bus). This WOD is directly from CrossFit's facebook feed. For time: 50 Box jump, 24 inch box 50 Jumping pull-ups 50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood Walking Lunge, 50 steps 50 Knees to elbows 50 Push press, 45 pounds 50 Back extensions 50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball 50 Burpees 50 Double unders I'm about to go get after it, are you?...Don't be a pussy

  1. Its like you read my mind! You seem to know a lot about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you could do with some pics to drive the message home a bit, but instead of that, this is excellent blog. A fantastic read. I'll certainly be back.
