"Filthy Fifty" Completed in....

21:42...twenty-one minutes and forty-two seconds. The jumping pull-ups just about killed me! The 50 double unders w/ the jump roped was rough as well.

  2. The box jumps weren't too bad, the last 15 were tough. The jumping pull ups were soooo much harder than I expected. I figured w the help of the jumping it would be pretty easy...wrong! The first 25 were ok...last 25 just about broke me(heart rate was crankin).

  3. The kettlebell swings were no problem. I did 2 pood(35 lbs.) Using full extensions. The walking lunges weren't too bad...last ten really burned. Knees to elbows on the chin up bar were easy for 30...then brutal for 20 reps.

  4. The push press w Olympic bar was no problem, but the speed pushed the HR way up. Back extensions were no issue as well. Wall ball, up 10ft. then catch really got my my shoulders and legs burning...HR was brutal.

  5. Burpees went well, I had to really push to keep my pace up. The 50 double unders w the jump rope was one of the hardest no doubt. Only the reps that you get the rope to go under your feet twice count towards the 50...it was friggin tough.
