Up since 4am..1 class down,1 client down for the day. I also ate a solid breakfast.
2 whole grain gluten free waffles, dry (taste better than they sound), probiotic juice(good belly brand),25 grams of protein from yougurt, 1 pot of espresso w/ agave nectar and vanilla soy milk. How bout you guys and gals...what's a normal breakfast?
