Now let me hear some of yours, I'm interested to see what works for people and what people enjoy.
Well considering I didn't work out from age 20 until 32, I'm on a different plan. For the last two years, I've been on a "one body part a day" routine. I'm still working on gaining more muscle before I work on getting cut. I do 6 days a week in this order: chest, upper back, biceps, shoulders, triceps, legs or lower back. I throw in 25 minutes of light cardio at the end whenever time permits. I'm getting strong, but need to lose some of that 12 year off weight!
ReplyDeleteNice Greg, I train the one body part per day quite a bit also. Make sure you switch the order you hit your body parts every 2 weeks...just mix up that order and you will burn more calories. It will help attack that 12 year break. Try to play w/ your rep ranges as well....5-7 w/ heavy weight for a few weeks, 10-12 for a few weeks, 15-rep out for a few weeks. Hope things are good in cali dawg!
