My workout from tonight

I did 7 rounds of 165lbs. Squats for 7 reps 7chest to bar pull ups 10 push ups Ran 1 mile It really sucked. I felt like shit all day and just wasn't feeling it, but I sucked it up and got it done. Now I really feel awful. #overtraining. Man I couldn't recover fully for like a half hour...I was a mess. Nice shower,some grub and diet 7up now I feel better. Anyone have any tricks they use? Cold shower and diet ginger ale is my usual. #traintillyapuke
