New Nerf Reflex Training

So my son and I have an awesome new game that we play...we shoot a Nerf Vortex gun at each other across the basement(w our nerf safety glasses) trying to catch the discs. Side note, if you don't have a Nerf Vortex get one ASAP! They are badass, seriously. Back to my point...it is awesome for hand eye coordination. I will absolutely use this with my athlete clients next week. Anyone have similar training stories?
