Quick Workout...physique not performance

Here's a workout for today...4 sets of 10 bench press(6-1-0 rhythm for hard core), 4 sets of 7 dumbell chest press(single arm on flat bench for hardcore), 2 sets of 15 incline dumbell flyes.4 sets of 10 reverse grip bench press, 3 sets of dips(Plyo dips for hardcore),2 sets of max rep triceps push ups, 3 minute jump rope before lifts,2 minute jump rope after,2 sets of 60 sec. tense plank
