Finished in 11:17 for 5 rounds. This workout really challenged my grip strength. My hands wanted to give out during the toe to bar reps...and it REALLY wanted to give out on the pull-ups! Now time to go hit the 3 miles...who hates running? This guy....
kipping pull ups?
ReplyDeleteI started without kipping, but had to on the last 2 rounds. My grip strength is shit now that I'm never on the mat. That is about to change very soon though!

ReplyDeleteYes sir..finally getting some quality help here at work so I can stop working so much. No bullshit it has killed me inside I've missed it so much...like a part of me died. Plus it frustrates me to wonder where my game would be at this point! IBJJA is the only thing I miss from Indy..plus my friend Kitch and his fam.
