Do Youself a Huge Favor...Quit the Sugar!
Sugar is the easiest way for most people to affect their diet, bodyweight, composition or general health. Sugar is linked to a growing list of diseases and disorders. Diabetes, heart disease, cancer, fatigue, over eating, dehydration and America's favorite...obesity. Fortunately it's easy to fix...STOP EATING IT! Or at least start limiting it. Sugar reacts with our brains in much the same way that crack does. We get a rush of those "feel good" chemicals, and nothing makes you crave sugar more than eating sugar! So the next time you like at refined sugar picture it as crack or cocaine or heroin...whatever...now would you add that to your food and drinks? Hopefully not, and if you would then sugar is the least of your concerns! So ask yourself..."Am I a Sugar Junkie? Improve yourself today.
