50 KB Squat High Pull Combo
50 Single Arm KB Swings (switch hand every swing...in air switch if you have the skills)
25 Single Leg KB Around the Worlds (25 each direction on each leg...100 total)
15 Single Leg KB Romanian Dead Lifts (RDL) (each leg)
50 KB Goblet Squats
20 Turkish Get Ups (TGU) (each leg)
25 KB Palm Curls (each hand)
Repeat?
As always please post comments if you don't understand any teminology or if you have never done a move and would like some instruction.
All with the same kettle bell or are you switching between different ones?

ReplyDeleteDid this today after open mat...the bicep curls were harder than expected. Had to lower the weight on get ups because of my shoulder...fun work out
