Quick Handful Breakfast

here is a simple and quick breakfast for everyone 1 handful raw unsalted walnuts 1 handful raw unsalted almonds 1 handful raw unsalted sunflower seeds 2 handful fresh dark berries (blue,black,ras,etc...) 1 hard boiled egg Coffee or Tea Large Glass of water Quick easy and healthful meals depend largely on prep. Make sure that you stock up on the weekends, but have a plan. Portion it out in small containers or bags, then it's simple to grab and go for the day!
