Run 1/2 Mile to start

Start w 10 reps of each exercise per round then 9 then 8 then 7 and so on until you reach 0.

Push Ups
Pull Ups (supinated grip/underhand)
V Ups
Full Supermans

 Run 1/2 Mile to finish

BEAST MODE RUN 1 MILE TO START AND FINISH THEN START AT 15 REPS
