Best 30 Day Challenge Ever

Do you want to feel better? Do you want lose a ton of body fat? Do you want to age more slowly? Do you want to stop your diabetes? Do you want to greatly reduce your cardiovascular disease risk? Do you want to reduce risk of neural degenerative diseases? Do you want to help/cure your child's autism? Do you want to improve your performance? All right you guys get the point. The good news is that you can do all of this with a few changes to your eating. Here it is...ready...

Stop eating gluten(no grains...not even quinoa)
Stop eating legumes (beans)
Stop eating dairy
Stop eating refined sugars

Start eating fats(mostly healthy)
Start eating raw nuts and seeds
Start eating fresh vegetables(more than fruit)
Start eating fresh fruit (not too much)
Start eating lean meats and seafood(meat grass fed, seafood wild caught)

Get regular activity
Get plenty of sleep

Limit caffeine
Limit alcohol

Just try it for 30 days before you bitch...please. Just try it...it will change your life, I promise. I also don't want to hear any shit about how exspensive it is...if you know of something better than a long healthy life to invest in please let me know. If I had to absolutely pick the most crucial part to try it would be the no gluten/grains. We could chew the fat(pun intended) all day about the science behind these choices, but just try it.
