Workout-outdoors no gym/equip required!

Look workingout (like most things in life) is all about what you put into it...give awesome effort and you'll get awesome results. Yes, it is that simple.

Try to get outdoors and get some sun on your skin!

Repeat As Many Times As Possible in 15 Minutes---it's 15 minutes so don't be a pussy!

25 Body Weight Squats then 20 yard sprint
Max Push-Ups then a 20 yard sprint
10 Burpees then a 20 ard sprint
Max Pull-Ups(monkey bars or tree branch) then a 20 yard sprint
10 Walking Lunges then a 20 yard sprint
Max Hanging Knee Tucks or Pikes then a 20 yard sprint

Jog for 5 minutes and get some solid stretching in
