Bench Press w/ 75% of your bodyweight for max reps (BW x .75)

Squat w/ 75% of your bodyweight for max reps

Weighted Dips w/ 25% of your bodyweight for max reps

Weighted Pull-Ups w/ 25% of your bodyweight for max reps

Round 2

Bench Press w/ 50% of BW for max reps

Squat w/ 50% of BW for max reps

Weighted Dips w/ 10% of BW for max reps

Weighted Pull-Ups w/ 10% of BW for max reps

Round 3

Bench Press w/ 50% of BW for max reps

Squat w/ 50% of BE for max reps

Dips for max reps

Pull-Ups for max reps
